All Google pages now sport a colourful favicon

Google has always been known for it’s elegant simplicity, which even reflected in the company’s favicon (tiny icons that appear next to the web URLs in the) until now. All Google URLs showcased a simple curvy g as their favicon earlier – the g is now supported by a colourful background of red, blue, green and yellow colours.

Personally I prefer the older icon, the newer one looks kind of outdated with poor colour combination. What’s your opinion? Lets hear in the comments. ![]()
